Our Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will be charged 20% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged 50%.
Booking Requirements
Appointments booked less than 48 hours in advance are not available for online booking and may be cancelled automatically. If rescheduling is needed, it will be discussed with the client in advance.
